Return Policy

Consumer customers in the European Economic Area benefit from statutory rights in addition to this commercial policy. Business purchasers should review their purchase orders for divergent clauses.

Geographic scope

These return rules apply to orders we fulfil to addresses in the EU/EEA unless your order confirmation explicitly states a different regime. Import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees paid to authorities or carriers are outside our refund scope. If you order from outside our supported regions, local consumer law may still apply; contact us with your order ID for guidance.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving physical goods without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a carrier instructed by you, acquire possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, send an unequivocal notice referencing your order number to the contact routes in the footer before the period lapses. You may use the model form available from the Swedish Consumer Agency if you wish.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received, including outbound delivery charges using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, no later than fourteen days from when we receive the returned product or evidence that you shipped it.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged through no fault of your carrier.

Sealed food supplements

Hygiene regulations limit returns once protective seals are broken. If you open a bottle and still believe there is a quality concern, contact us immediately with photos and batch codes for evaluation.

Faulty goods

Swedish consumer sales law provides remedies for goods that deviate from agreed quality criteria. We will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund depending on proportionality after inspecting the batch records.

Refund method

Refunds appear on the original card or digital wallet once our finance team reconciles warehouse intake, allowing for bank processing times outside our control.

Dispute resolution

EU residents may use the ODR platform published by the European Commission. We also participate in alternative dispute schemes recognised by IMY where legally required.
